How It Works
- Share your request: tell us what you need through the form below or on WhatsApp.
- We agree the details together: design, quantities, price, production time, advance payment, delivery date and shipping method.
- Confirm with an advance payment: production begins once the payment or agreed advance payment is confirmed.
- We make it by hand: shaping, drying, firing, glazing and final firing in our studio.
- Delivered to you: carefully packed and delivered within Jordan or shipped abroad.
Because every piece is handmade, production time depends on the product, design and quantity. We will always tell you the expected timeline before you confirm your order.
Good to Know
- Customised pieces (special colour, size, name or writing, special design, or your specifications) cannot be returned or exchanged because of a change of mind once production has started. This does not apply if there is a manufacturing defect or the piece does not match the agreed specifications.
- Orders can be cancelled before production starts. Once production has begun, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
- For large and special orders, an advance payment may be required before production. Whether it can be refunded depends on how far production has progressed.
- For corporate, wholesale and large orders, exchange and compensation terms are agreed in advance and may differ from individual orders.
